SEATTLE, WA (MARKET WIRE) EvergreenBancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: EVGG), the holding company for EvergreenBank, reported net income for the third quarter of 2007 of $802,000, an increase of 55% from the $517,000 earned in the same quarter last year.
